Our Story
The idea for VoyaSearch came to life during a backpacking trip across Southeast Asia in 2019. Our founder, frustrated after spending three hours comparing prices across seven different tabs, realized something was fundamentally broken about how people discover flights online.
Back then, most flight search engines were either clunky legacy platforms stuck in 2008, or flashy apps that prioritized affiliate commissions over actually helping travelers save money. The few decent ones were buried under so much advertising that finding a clean fare felt like winning the lottery.
We launched the first version of VoyaSearch in late 2020 — right when the world needed transparent travel information more than ever. What started as a side project between two friends has grown into a platform used by over 2 million travelers every month.
